Recently, we received quries from customers that there are counterfeit filters on the market that are packaged very similar to EXCEL water filter. Moreover, there are cases of counterfeit filters being sold as genuine Excel filters😰. In order to protect the interests of our customers, starting from 15th of 2022, EXCEL water filters will be affixed with a new anti-counterfeiting label🆒.

Effects of using non-genuine filters︰

Non-genuine filters are not produced by IMPART INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD. We cannot guarantee the normal function of the EXCEL water ionized, and there is no guarantee of water quality and safety in case of non-genuine filter usage.

If customers use non-genuine filter elements, we are unable to provide our customers with proper maintenance services❌. Therefore, customers should pay attention to recognize the anti-counterfeiting labels of water filter and purchase our genuine filter.
